Playoff Tiebreakers:

TO BREAK A TIE WITHIN A DIVISION

1. Head-to-head.
2. Division record.
3. Conference record.
4. Strength of victory. (Opp W column on Power Rankings)
5. Strength of schedule. (StSched column at bottom of Standings page)
6. Net points Conference.
7. Net points All.
8. Team who hasn't been in the playoffs the longest.
9. Team with fewest number of total playoff appearances.
10. Coin toss.

TO BREAK A TIE FOR THE WILD-CARD TEAM

If the tied clubs are from the same division, apply division tie breaker.
If the tied clubs are from different divisions, apply the following steps.

Tiebreak order:
1. Head-to-head, if applicable. (*For 3 teams: A team must have either beaten both teams or lost to both teams to be applicable)
2. Conference record.
3. Strength of victory. (Opp W column on Power Rankings)
4. Strength of schedule. (StSched column at bottom of Standings page)
5. Net Points Conference.
6. Net Points All.
7. Team who hasn't been in the playoffs the longest.
8. Team with fewest number of total playoff appearances.
9. Coin toss.

 


UFFL Draft Order Selection Process:

(Playoff teams are grouped by their regular season record, except for the 2 teams in the UFFL Bowl; they will pick 29th and 30th.)

For non-playoff teams:

1. Worse regular season record.
2. Worse (eaiser) strength of schedule.
3. Divisional tiebreak (if in same division).
4. Conference tiebreak (if in same conference).
5. Coin toss.

For playoff teams:

1. Group by regular season record (except UFFL Bowl teams).
2. Worse strength of schedule.
3. Divisional tiebreak (if in same division).
4. Conference tiebreak (if in same conference).
5. Coin toss.
